SKYWARD FAMILY ACCESS IS CURRENTLY DOWN - REGISTRATION IS UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME

Whether you are a new or returning student to Hillsboro ISD, we are excited to have you back. Any student within HISD boundaries is eligible to enroll for the school year. The parent/guardian will need a valid email address for online enrollment.

NEW FOR 2026-2027 - Proof of residency is required to complete registration. Documents can be submitted online or in person at the Admissions and Records Office located at 119 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro.

Returning Student Registration

Online registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open for returning students on Monday, July 6th! The Skyward registration portal is tentatively scheduled to open at 12:00 p.m.

New Student Registration

New students to Hillsboro ISD for the 2026-2027 school year are invited to New Student Registration on Wednesday, July 22nd, and Thursday, July 23rd, from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Franklin School, 103 Country Club Road. Families who are unable to attend Pre-K Round-Up can also register their Pre-K student at New Student Registration.
